Happy Holidays! - toast with a Dom Perignon 1996
As we prepare to pop that one open to celebrate Christmas, and a number of other things - that I can't blog about yet :-).
Now that the Dom Perignon is "behind us", I should mention that it became really nice about 30 minutes after opening the bottle. The original sip felt too "bubbly" to us - but afterwards the citrus and flower aromas kicked in and the rest of the bottle was very enjoyable.
